The site should work for everyone.

We build seeyousoon.se with the goal of meeting WCAG 2.2 level AA. Here is what we do, what we know falls short, and how you tell us.

What we do

The whole site can be used with the keyboard alone, and the focus outline is always visible. We use real HTML structure with heading levels and landmarks so screen readers can navigate. The price calculators announce their results via aria-live, so an updated total is read out. The receipts have text alternatives describing the whole calculation in words. Text and background are chosen for contrast, also on the light receipts, and no information is conveyed by colour alone or motion alone.

Motion

What moves on the site stops by itself: receipts print once, nothing blinks and nothing plays with sound. The only thing that keeps moving is the receipt in the footer, and it stops when you choose reduced motion in your operating system; everything else is then shown in its final state at once. You can also turn motion off yourself with the Motion: on / off button at the bottom of every page; the choice is saved in your browser.

Dark and light mode

The site is dark by default. The button with the sun in the header switches to a light mode with the same contrast requirements, and the choice is saved in your browser.

What we know falls short

The site is new and not yet audited by an independent party. The comparison table on the comparison page requires sideways scrolling on small screens. The sliders in the price calculators are fine-grained and can be hard to hit exactly with a mouse; they can be stepped with the arrow keys, so nothing requires dragging. The app is not covered by this statement.
